An evening to boost research into brain tumours
The Paris Brain Institute invites you to a gala evening in honour of Jean-Charles Crucis, in aid of brain tumour research.

The Paris Brain Institute invites you to a gala evening in honour of Jean-Charles Crucis, dedicated to the fight against brain tumours. Organised by his wife, Pauline Crucis-Mouline, and his business partner and friend, Valentin Bocqueret, this charity event will bring together donors, researchers and prominent figures united by a common goal: to advance research and foster the development of new therapeutic breakthroughs. The funds raised will support innovative programmes aimed at gaining a better understanding of these complex conditions and developing more effective treatments, particularly as part of the Aurora project.
The Aurora Project
The Aurora Project is a research programme dedicated to brain tumours, currently under development. It aims to identify and develop new therapeutic strategies through an integrated approach: recruiting newly diagnosed patients, establishing finely characterised cohorts, and collecting high-quality clinical and biological data. Aurora will combine multi-scale analyses with the use of artificial intelligence to identify therapeutic vulnerabilities and biomarkers predictive of treatment response. The project also includes the development of innovative tumour models to test targeted strategies, as well as cell therapy approaches. Ultimately, Aurora aims to validate a clinical proof of concept and to establish itself as a leading resource for international research into brain tumours.
